Annual dues are $100. Payment instructions can be finalized here once the HOA decides on the preferred payment method.

Balance Questions
For privacy, balances are not posted publicly. Residents can request their current balance information by email.

Physical Improvement Projects
Status: Under Consideration
Evaluate pine straw, mulch, or other low maintenance options for common areas.
Status: Proposed
Install a neighborhood information sign at the entrance and consider a no soliciting notice.
Status: Under Review
Evaluate whether a designated dog walk area would help reduce issues in shared common areas.
Status: Needed
Clean up remaining storm or tree damage near the neighborhood entrance.
Status: Needed
Repair or replace gate hinges at the water pump station.
Organizational and Policy Projects
Address parking on streets and in yards and define expectations or waiver processes where needed.
Address dogs using common areas without cleanup by owners and evaluate notice and enforcement options.
Update governing documents so they reflect current needs and include clearer rules, such as fence placement and practical enforcement language.
Review whether penalties, late fees, and interest enforcement should be added or clarified.
Evaluate whether rental restrictions or short-term rental limits should be added or clarified.
Create forms for waiver requests, overnight street parking requests, and related HOA approvals.
